Carrig won a multi-year Framework contract with Uisce Éireann in 2017, providing comprehensive end to end procurement support for their €800 million Operations & Maintenance Frameworks. Our role encompassed end-to-end project management, tender specification, development of the procurement strategy, providing technical resources for specification and governance of the entire contract execution processes. We provided subject management experts in engineering, health & safety, procurement and project management.
Additionally, we are on an EirGrid Framework providing procurement specialists, supporting the acquisition of offshore wind farm infrastructure (Phase 2). This strategic work will direct contribute to Ireland's renewable energy transition and grid development objectives, requiring deep understanding of complex infrastructure procurement, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management.
