We provide unique programme management expertise on loan book sales (€8 billion) and portfolio sales, including coordinating due diligence, data cleansing, data structuring, valuation analysis, and stakeholder management. We establish governance frameworks, manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timelines from inception through execution.

Carrig Consultancy are building a specialised solution leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and semantic search tool to transform how businesses navigate EU and Irish public procurement.
Our AI-driven solution is designed to help the 200k + micro-businesses in Ireland win business in Local Authorities, Government Agencies and potentially win business across the EU member states. Micro-enterprises account for 91.7% of all Irish enterprises and employ about 484,000 people (25.8% of total employment in the non-financial business sector).
Our prototype platform will empower organisations to identify and capitalise on public sector contracting opportunities across all EU member states.
Our solution integrates with TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) API, which publishes approximately 500,000 procurement notices annually worth over €2.5 trillion (around 14% of EU GDP), alongside eTenders, Ireland's national procurement platform.
Beyond opportunity identification, our solution incorporates innovative partnership-matching technology inspired by dating algorithms.
